1.Q: What's the difference between LCD and LCM?
   A:LCD is acronym of Liquid Crystal Display while LCM is Liquid Crystal Module.

2.Q:How many kinds of LCD ports there are?
   A: There are mainly 2 kinds of LCD ports.That is CMOS/TTL and LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling).

3.Q: In order to avoid signal shutting, which is more important? The LP or CLK or the same important? If we use VCC, there is long time no response and no signals.What the problems?
   A: In order to avoid the signal shutting, there should be no signal inputing before VCC.
 

4.Q:Are there the same result if we violate the order?
    A: No.It depends on different displayer.
 

5.Q:If the temperature changes,does the optic angel change?
    A:As to STN displayer, if the temperature exceeds the limit,the contrast will change.You can adjust the bias voltage to balance it.
 

6.Q:Can we use 5v power to provide electricity for one whose rated voltage is 3.3V?
    A: No. If do this, it has the danger of shutting.
 

7.Q:In the specification, it says that the voltage can be 6v or 7V, but it also says should not exceed 3.6V?
    A: 6V is the maximum voltage the module can bear while 3.6v is the normal working voltage.

8.Q:When in low temperature, what it will be?
   A:When in low temperature, the response time will be longer. But to TFT, there has little impact and to STN, the repose time is 4 seconds when in the temperature of 0 centigrade.
 

9.Q: When the temperature is lower than the demanded working temperature, what will be?
    A: The response time is slow and the contrast will also be affected. The life span of Cold cathode backlighting tube will be shorter or the backlight can not work.问
 

10.Q: When the temperature is over the demanded working temperature, what will be ?
      A: The response time is slow and the contrast will also be affected.There will be more noise of some IC and the DC-DC Exchange can be shifted.
 

11.Q:Sometimes some part of the STN displayer is brighter than other parts, what's the reason?
      A:It may be caused by heat,such as backlight,sunlight.
 

12..Q: If the LCM receives direct sunlight, can it harm to the module?
       A: It can do harm to the LCM.
 

13.Q:Can LCD emit harmful rays?
     A: There is no rays emitted by LCD.
 

14.Q: When instal LCD, what the straightness should it be ?
      A: The more the better.
 

15.Q: How about the Shockproof equipment?
      A: We use the best decelerating mechanism system.
 

16.Q: If press on the surface of LCD, can it be destroyed easily?
      A: Such press should be avoided however it can not be destroyed easily.
 

17.Q: The surface of LCD can be easily scratched?
      A: The rigidity of the surface is 3H, so it will be scratched by edge tools.
 

18.Q: How about the optic angle?
      A:Generally speaking, it is symmetrical in right and left but not in down and up.
 

19.Q: How to meter the brightness?
      A: You can meter after 30 minutes of the backlight.
 

20.Q:Does the LCD is a complete system or it needs other parts
      A:It needs inverter,displayer controller and cables which used for the drivers.e.
