Graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module (LCM), it is mainly composed of drive and 128 x 64 dot matrix LCD, 8 x4 full screen can display Chinese characters (16 x16dots).

4, provide two connected MPU ways: 6800 series, 8080 series, provides a serial port and parallel port selection.

Note: customer didn't request, generally for 8-bit parallel port, the MPU 6800 series sequence.

5, contrast ratio could be controlled by software.

6, the DUTY ratio (DUTY) : 1/65; The BIAS ratio (BIAS) : 1/9

7, working temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃, the storage temperature: - 30 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃

8, white LED backlight side, the driving voltage of 3.3 V (according to the customer can change other backlight color).
